• Hands on experience on VB.Net with Windows application.
• Good exposure to Software design patterns, Web services, XML, UML.
• Good knowledge in VB.Net, ASP.NET, C#, SQL SERVER, Store procedures, Microsoft SQL server, SQL reporting, Crystal reporting.
• Hands-on experience on developing enterprise grade Windows / Web applications using .NET framework.
• Sound knowledge in C# / VB.NET, Windows Forms, WPF, ASP.NET, MVC, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, SQL, XML.
• Exposure in developing SOA based applications (Web Services, ASMX, SOAP, REST) using .NET platform. 
• Good Communication skill
• Good analytical and problem solving skills, Self-motivation and self-driven.
• Male candidates will be preferred
